Main duties and responsibilities

  • To assist with staff recruitment
  • To assist with staff training
  • To assist and organise activity timetables and special events
  • Dealing with customer complaints and issues
  • To complete reports about Ice Arena performance and status
  • Monitor and ensure that customer service is to a high standard
  • Ensure that all employees currently on shift are in uniform and fit to work.
  • To assist with staff performance management reviews
  • To regularly review and suggest new facilities and courses offered at the Ice Arena
